mehrAs the real estate management consultant of the parent company LifeFit Group, we exclusively acquire and process all offers in the area of location expansion throughout Germany. We identify and examine new locations, clarify whether the existing structural conditions meet the requirements of Fitness First and coordinate the necessary interfaces. As Fitness First's owner representatives, we negotiate their interests with property owners and landlords until the lease is signed.
