In 2012, acre was commissioned to create a retail and gastronomy concept for the individual construction sites in the Europaviertel Frankfurt. For this purpose, we prepared a profitability analysis (rent-roll) with rental rates and sales expectations for an optimal branch and tenant mix, which we also developed. The quarter with approx. 217,000 m2 GF offices, services and commercial and 53,000 m2 GF residential was developed from 2012-2020. Aurelis Real Estate GmbH marketed the individual building plots and was thus able to provide investors and developers with recommendations within the framework of the retail and gastronomy concept.
