In one of Frankfurt's most picturesque and established neighborhoods - the so-called Holzhausenviertel - the developer City 1 Group is building a new residential ensemble. Historic townhouses and old trees characterize the atmosphere in the district, which was named after a famous Frankfurt patrician family. The task was to develop a name and brand identity, which would honor the heritage and tradition of the location and at the same time open a new chapter.

High-grade materials were developed for marketing purposes. The brochure and floor plans can be handed over to prospective buyers in an elegant folder. Brochure and folder were implemented with high-quality, through-dyed papers from the Gmund paper mill.
