The logotype WOODSTOCX gets to the heart of the matter: an elegant office building made of wood, designed for companies in the financial sector. In clear letters, the logo reflects the architectural language. A W modified into a stock exchange graph creates a reference to the concise zigzag shape with which the roof unfolds over the 3-storey, horizontal structure. The colour scheme reflects elegance in combination with a modern naturalness. A warm gold tone, derived from the building material wood, as well as dark green and an accentuating red form the colour framework. While gold and green as well as shades of beige dominate, the dosed use of red emphasises the New Work component.
In times when every (smaller) project launches a website and initiates a series of marketing activities, OPES opted for a literally exclusive tool to enter personal sales talks with selected prospective tenants. The high-quality sales brochure with matching envelope was deliberately chosen as the only marketing collateral.
In the realisation of the renderings, the focus lay on the aspects of naturalness, an expression of understatement and, at the same time, the aspiration to the highest quality. The image concept, which was realised based on a mood book with xoio, Berlin, depicts the newly created spaces with impressive precision. The large-format printing of the renderings on the uncoated paper rounds off the overall presentation of the building.
Great importance was given to the choice of high-quality materials and finishes. The envelope and the cover of the brochure were made out of a first-class paper with a unique wood embossing from Gmund. The brochure cover and the envelope are refined with a noble hot foil, which was embossed on a separate carrier material and then glued in by hand. Particularly striking is the red coloured backstitch binding of the brochure and the matching twine closure of the envelope. According to the client, the marketing duet brochure and envelope leaves a recurring, extremely high-quality impression and was able to support the marketing activities extremely satisfactorily.
