LEVELZ refers to the different levels and the multi-layered nature of the building – both literally and figuratively. LEVELZ stands for a dynamic office building whose flexibility and mobility can be read from the horizontally shifted, cantilevered floors and continues inside with a modern building concept. The claim “Moving Minds” emphasises the dynamism, agility and mobility of thought that are inherent in the progressive working environments of the office building.
The logo with the staggered typeface reflects in form and typography the architecture of LEVELZ as well as the modern work culture, which is characterised by liveliness and agility. The typeface family Extraset Klarheit, inspired by the Bauhaus era, mirrors the factual-modern and avantgarde feel of the building. The combination of Grotesk and Kurrent, used in large-format letters, appears dynamic as well as agile and thus underlines the identity of LEVELZ.
Striking, monochrome, businesslike and modern – the basis of the colour scheme is classic black and white. The accents in fresh green as a reminiscence of the greened façades and terraces add character to the colour scheme.
The microsite presents itself distinctively and concisely with large typography, clean imagery and reduced effects. The result is a modern look and feel as well as a clear structure. Potential tenants can find detailed information on the buildings office spaces, its utilisation concept and surroundings in a protected log-in area.
