Inspired by the office building’s timeless architectural language and individual boutique character, a brand identity was created that transports the spirit of contemporary-modern into a new era.
The name FIFTY FIVE WESTEND refers to the location in Frankfurt’s Westend and the house number 55. Urbanity, sophistication and tradition merge in the name and outline the panorama of a cosmopolitan lifestyle in an international metropolis. “Workspace refined” – the claim describes the care taken in the revitalisation by the client Cresco and the individual profile of the office space.
The logo’s shape and typography reflect the building’s façade and compactness: The soaring font Peristyle quotes the grid of lines of the building’s façade. The rhythm of the metal façade is precise, subtle and iconographic – and so is the logo.
Architecture and interior design were also the inspiration for the colour scheme: muted bronze tones as an analogy to the façade; warm earth tones as a correspondence for the comfort and quality of the interiors; dark green as a reminiscence of the floor in the entrance hall and public areas.
The design of the FIFTY FIVE WESTEND website is reduced to the essentials and at the same time refined with elegant effects. The focus is on expressive images and selected information about the building, the location and the office space, including floor plans. While intuitive navigation, clear structure and responsive design ensure a positive user experience on all end devices, the site was also developed with an eye on search engine optimisation.
To support the brokerage teams of blackolive advisors and Rubinstein Real Estate in their individual sales conversations, acre developed an elegant presentation including an editable PPT alias. Architecture and interior design, location and surroundings as well as office spaces – potential tenants are shown the scope for development that FIFTY FIVE WESTEND offers.
The floor plans of FIFTY FIVE WESTEND also appear in a new look. They are used both on the website and in the digital marketing presentation.
