In 2017 acre was commissioned to create a retail and gastronomy concept for the Hoym quarter. For the last large brownfield area around Dresden's Frauenkirche church, we developed a concept that focuses on Saxon arts and crafts. A circular vision for the optimal guidance of passers-by, especially the streams of tourists, was examined in order to stand out from the intense and tourism-oriented competition at the location. The inner city quarter offers apartments on approx. 18,106 m2 and a hostel, commercial and gastronomy facilities on approx. 9,553 m2 . An underground car park offers 265 parking spaces. In 1945 Dresden was almost completely destroyed. The reconstruction of essential inner city areas continues to this day. This also applies to the tourism-oriented areas around the rebuilt Frauenkirche.
